We accept students from age 6 (in our Kids MMA batch) up to age 60+, provided you have no severe medical conditions.

Training at Bengaluru MMA has been an amazing experience. My initial motive for joining Bangalore MMA was to lose weight, and it has definitely helped me achieve that goal. However, as I progressed, I became more interested in learning new techniques and honing my skills. One of the finest martial arts class located in Bangalore. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was disciplined but also really welcoming. The warm-ups were intense and definitely pushed my flexibility, stamina, and focus, but in the best way possible. The instructor was excellent—firm when needed, but always encouraging and clear in explaining techniques. Whether it was stances, strikes, or defensive blocks, everything was broken down so even beginners could follow along confidently. I especially enjoyed the partner drills and sparring sessions. They gave me the chance to actually apply what I learned in real situations, and I really appreciated the strong emphasis on safety and respect. The more advanced students were also super supportive, helping guide those of us who were new. By the end of class, I was tired but felt accomplished, stronger, and more confident. Highly recommend this place if you want to build discipline, improve fitness, and grow both mentally and physically!
