What We Collect

When you submit our contact or trial-booking form we collect the following information:

• Full name — so we can address you personally.
• Email address — our primary channel for follow-up communication.
• Phone number — so our team can reach you quickly to confirm your booking.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or any special category data (health, religion, etc.) through this website.

How We Use It

The information you provide is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry or trial-class request.
• Send you the specific information you asked for (timetables, pricing, directions, etc.).
• Follow up once to confirm your first session at the branch you selected.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where We Store It

Submissions are stored in Supabase, a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Supabase infrastructure is hosted in secure data centres and is compliant with SOC 2 Type II. You can read Supabase's own privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Data Retention

We keep your contact record until you request its deletion. If you become a member, your record is retained for the duration of your membership and for up to 12 months after it lapses, for administrative purposes. If you requested a trial but never joined, your record is deleted within 6 months of your initial submission.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
