Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site independently. Minors (under 18) may only use the Site and our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Memberships & Payments

• Membership plans, pricing, and durations are displayed during the admission process and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay or recorded manually at the branch. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Once a payment is captured, it is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or at Bengaluru MMA's sole discretion.
• Membership fees cover class access for the enrolled branch and plan only; they do not cover personal equipment, travel, or competition entry fees.

Class Conduct & Safety

• You participate in all classes, sparring, and training activities at your own risk. Martial arts involves inherent risk of injury.
• Follow all instructions from coaches. Bengaluru MMA reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour endangers others.
• Bengaluru MMA is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except where caused by our proven negligence.

Cancellation & Freezing

Members may request to freeze their membership for medical or personal reasons by contacting the branch admin. Freeze duration and eligibility are determined at Bengaluru MMA's discretion. Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Bengaluru MMA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Site.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bengaluru MMA and its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
